BAT MITZVAH

Sara Brianna Kreitner

The bat mitzvah ceremony of Sara Brianna Kreitner of Alpharetta will be held Sat., Aug. 6 at Congregation Dor Tamid.

Sara is the daughter of Lee and Elise Kreitner; the granddaughter of Helayne Schreiber of Tampa, Fla., Howard and Barbara Kreitner of Casselberry, Fla., and Phil and Barbara Guller of Charlotte, N.C.; and the great-granddaughter of Lillian Fleet Mendelson of Tallahassee, Fla.

For her mitzvah project, Sara, a black belt in karate, tutored a karate student with Downs Syndrome, Gavin. She is a rising seventh-grader at Taylor Road Middle School.
